Submitted by: James	We had contractors in to demolish a single wall. They demolished the wall just fine - and TWO more just to "make sure"! They hit us with a bill for $4,000.00 - even though they "quoted" $2,500.00. When we went to the QBSA, we were ordered to pay the $4,000.00 - even though we were up for a further $6,000.00 just to get our two walls put back. It was a joke. And no one gave a crap - most certainly not the QBSA who are supposed to regulate the building industry!
