Experience ranging from service overseas as a Quantity Surveyor to an award winning Queensland Builder gives an ability to be of service at many levels of expertise to many different clients over the last 29 years.

Since commencement of operations (October 1992) as Building Survey Australia a prominence in site based consulting services biased towards advice on existing commercial and residential buildings evolved through to the current day. This advice included all facets of building related matters encompassing technical building, building condition audits/dilapidation surveys, pre-purchase & due diligence reports, expert witness, quantity surveying and dispute resolution.

An evolution into web based services is the natural progression that is HomeSure© - a consumer based advocacy to reach out to all facets and service driven matters for and on behalf of the home owner and/or occupier.
