A consumer’s lament - building dispute
“ It is with great anguish& disgust that I have now the formal requirement to pay you (the final disputed payment) for destroying my home (I have an extremely poor product, illegal works, no approvals or compliances, drawings or insurances) and I am out of pocket for over $160,000 and for that, you have successfully diminished markedly the capital value of my pre-1900 Queenslander cottage. You and only you have bestowed upon me the most calculated and devastating act of unprofessional service and bullying to suit your purposes and line your pockets.
It is without any doubt in my mind that you set out to deceive from the very start and continued so to the very end.
It beggars belief that the full turn around process let’s you get away with a slap on the wrist ... I guess you just know how to work the system!
Shame on you and shame on the unjust process that supports you and allows you to continue to potentially bestow upon others the same upon which have to me.
There is only one universal justice.....................and the eyes of truth are always watching!
